After each meeting the Founders and/or Leaders will want to make any notes which will help them with the next meeting. Some groups may decide to have minutes kept at each meeting.
The Leaders Group can help organize the “next steps” for the group when there are specific goals the group has chosen. If the group agrees with the steps as the way to achieve a certain goal, it is then a matter of evaluating each step as it is undertaken and completed. Then the group can move onto the next step and the next until the goal is accomplished.
We would love to see your photos as you are getting your initial group together and later when the group grows…Be sure to ask if anyone in the group does not want to be in a photo that will go on the website.
