This rousing speech by Rep. Mike Kelly received a standing ovation. I wonder if he would consider moving to New York – wishful thinking.
New York keeps running ads about being business-friendly. On the business-friendliness meter, New York is number 49 out of 50, with only California keeping us out of last place.
