Holder Won’t Prosecute Himself Over Fast & Furious

Eric Holder’s DOJ will not prosecute him for refusing to turn records over to Congress in the Fast & Furious case. They cited legal precedent based on the executive privilege extended to Holder by President Obama.

Holder was held in criminal contempt for withholding information from Congress on the Fast & Furious case last Thursday. It is expected that the case will now be forwarded to the federal courts by the House Oversight Committee.
